The sea wolf chapter 30-39
Hump and Brewster build a stone hut. They discuss for making a suitable roof and decide that their option is to make a roof of sealskin. Hump and Brewster manage to create a huge stockpile of seal-meat . And to complete the sealskin roofing for the stone hut.
One day, Hump blacks out for a moment, and when he get up. He notes that Ghost is abandoned. Hump obtains a shotgun and boards the craft. He finds it abandoned. Then he begins to gather supplies and equipments. Hump and Brewster spend a troubled week waiting for some action from Larsen. He watches Larsen walk not properly, and he finally discovers that Larsen is blind. Then Hump escapes the ship and returns to Brewster.
Hump and Brewster consider their options and decide that they need to repait Ghost. The work proceeds slowly but it works surely. On the final excursion, they reach shore after a night at sea . Hump spends the next day brings Ghost into deeper water, where it will float the tide cycle. Hump realizing that the ship will be difficult to crew by himself.
Finally, Ghost is ready for the open seas. They sail towards Japan for many hours. Brewster is not strong enough to craft in the sea, so Hump continues until he faces collapse. He determines to shorten sail and obtain some rest. It takes several difficult hours, he reefs the sails and then collapses into his bunk where he sleeps during the storm period. When he is awake , he finds out that Larsen has finally died.

The Sea Wolf 3 Chapter 21 to 29
Larsen is raised, and he takes out his frustration after dinner on Mugridge by ordering him towed. Mugridge makes a flight around the ship with one sailor that he breaks the sailor's leg. Brewster comes on time to witness the spectacle. Then, the crew spots a shark. Mugridge is quickly pulled his foot before the shark will bite .Some time later, Brewster approaches Hump on deck and they have a private conversation. She expresses that Larsen should be so evil to the men and urges.
Hump advises Brewster that she should pretend to enjoy Larsen's company while the human behavior is going to be worst. He also advises her to treat Larsen. Then Brewster agrees and their conversation is interrupted by Larsen's approach.
Ghost continues to chase the seals and arrives in Japan's Hokkaido Islands. The hunting becomes more dangerous and the weather is unpredictable.
The next morning, Hump joins Larsen and Brewster for breakfast. Larsen leaves the table, Hump can hear the muffled speaking. He takes to the deck and sees the seal boats being loaded, the hunters have taken their rifles with the shotguns that they use to kill seals. The seal boats begin hunting. The boat is taken aboard, and the sailors are sent into captive in the forecastle.

The sea-wolf summary page 1-85
In 1893, Humphrey "Hump" Van Weyden is aboard a
ferry in a collision. Hump is cast into the ocean and swept out to sea. He is rescued
by a passing seal ship. Hump's request
to be returned to land and ignored by the cruel Captain Larsen. The seal ship across the Pacific Ocean Larsen,
the crew is discussion with Hump. The crew reaches the seal grounds and begins
to harvest. He
learns that the ship is called “Ghost”. It is a seal-hunter bound for Japan.
Hump suggests that Larsen return him to shore. And Larsen tells Hump that he
will serve as the new cabin boy. Hump declines him and offers him returned to
shore.
Hump is sent to take tea to Larsen. He is bowled over a very
big boarding sea and drive into the scuppers. The next day, Hump is moved from
his cabin to his mate’s cabin. He learns that Johnson,
the new mate, talks in his sleep loud, and he has sent the mate into a common
berth. Hump finds Johnson to be a honor man as well as a good sailor, and he admires him. The educated , Hump misquotes Robert , and moments educated Larsen correctly quotes. Ghost is footing west at about two hundred and fifty nautical miles each day.
Hump learns that the ship was designed for speed and built as a private
yacht and called as a fine ship, or the fastest among the seal-hunting.
One day, Larsen invites his friend, Mugridge into his cabin to play cards. Hump
begins serving whisky . Mugridge becomes drunk , he begins to lose at cards and
makes them obtain more gold coin. For the next three days, Hump spends time
with Larsen for hour. In the conversation, Hump is warned by Louis. Louis warns
Hump that his relationship with Larsen seems to be an argument.
Hump continues to develop a relationship with Larsen. One
day, Larsen develops a headache for days. Larsen explains that he has developed
a complex navigational aid that position without mathematics. He shows Hump a
template that placed on a map. And allows the crew men to determine their
coordinates. Hump doesn’t understand the
mathematics. A discussion about education and Larsen states that he is self-educated.
